This part can be made to fit either the right hand side (as shown) or the left hand side. Please specify which you require in the order details.

Two tailgates of the same or different sizes can be purchased to give extra control over the dog’s exit.

You will need both the ‘GUARDSMAN’ Dog Guard and Boot Divider to be installed already (available separately) – then the Tailgate Guard can be fitted. The ability to move the Divider from side to side in 50mm increments and the Tailgate Guard to be raised or lowered gives numerous fitting positions. The Tailgate Guard is 55cms wide and 45cms high and acts a great deterrent for pups and dogs trying to exit the car as the vehicle tailgate is being raised or lowered.

3. Fully Closed – flat to the divider to give full use of the load space when the dog isn’t in the car
